I’ve created this website because I have been a fitness coach for the past 12 years and I found out that the lack of creativity was often the reasons why my students would drop out and get disappointed about fitness excercices.
Making fitness fun is the only way to really make progress and to stick to a routine. That’s why this website gives you clues how to incorporate fun moves in your daily routine.
I also think that natural health and supplements can boost your metabolism and immune system, thus helping getting the most about your fitness routines.
